Benji has over 15 years of experience in field operations, technology implementation, and building and coaching teams.

After an early career managing construction projects, leading oil & gas operations from the field, and building solar farms, Benji spent the last 6 years working with mid-market and enterprise clients to adopt technology and launch new ventures.

Adam Milito

Adam has over 8 years of experience in venture building, technology, and business operations.

At a prominent tech incubator, he built 3 AI-native businesses, including a real estate technology venture. Before that he ran operational strategy across industries including banking and manufacturing, and built and scaled his own home services business across three North American cities.

We started Harmonic because builders need a partner who understands both sides: the realities of the built environment and the potential of AI.
