Benji has over 15 years of experience in field operations, technology implementation, and building and coaching teams.

After an early career managing construction projects, leading oil & gas operations from the field, and building solar farms, Benji spent the last 6 years working with mid-market and enterprise clients to adopt technology and launch new ventures.

A civil engineer by training, builder and operator by experience, Benji understands how the world gets built.

We started Harmonic because infrastructure companies need a partner who understands both sides: the realities of the built environment and the potential of AI.
